My hourly rate is $90.00 for an individual or parent session lasting 50 minutes and $90.00 for 45 minutes with children 12 and under. Couples rate is $120.00 for a 50 minute session.
Insurance
Your health insurance or employee benefit plan may cover my services in full or in part. I will provide a monthly statement upon request for you to submit to your insurance company. Please carefully check your coverage to answer the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much will my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- How much will it cover per therapy session?
- Do I need approval from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check or money order paid at the beginning of the session, unless other arrangements have been made.
Cancellation Policy
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy and request that you notify me via phone (303)817-4330 if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Appointments not canceled within 24 hours, will be charged the full rate.
